My Family's Go-To Meatball Recipe

This is my second meatball recipe with an Italian flavor of grated onion and cheese. The grated cheese gives more taste.

Ingredients: 4 servings (27 ~ 28 meatballs - 3.5 cm size)

Minced meat (I used beef mince, but use your favourite meat)
450 g
100 ~ 150 g
Italian parsley (or normal parsley or dried)
2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese (or grated cheese)
2 tablespoons
25 g
Eggs (large)
3 cloves
Red chilli pepper flakes (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ~
3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon


1. Grate the onion and garlic. Cut the parsley finely. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Put all listed ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into your desired meatball size and place them on the baking tray sheeted with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
