Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry. Put the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar into a pot, and turn the heat to medium.
Add the chicken and frozen vegetables to the Step 1 pot, then simmer for 20 minutes over a medium heat. Once the flavours have melded together, it's done! If you let it cool a little the vegetables will absorb the flavours even more, and it will taste amazing.
