Simple Sticky Rice Flour Crepe

This is a simple crepe that's sticky and soft!

Ingredients: serves 4

100 g
150 ml
Margarine (butter also OK)
as desired
Pancake syrup
as desired
Powdered sugar
as needed


1. Add the milk to the shiratamako a little at a time and expand. Next, add the egg and mix well.
2. Apply a thin coating of oil to a frying pan and pour in the batter in a thin rounded shape. Cook both sides.
3. Transfer your cooked crepes to a plate and top with margarine and syrup. Create layers of crepe -> margarine -> syrup and repeat.
4. Dust with sifted powdered sugar and it's complete!

Story Behind this Recipe

I tried and failed to make cheese buns, but by taking that batter, stretching it out thinly and cooking it, it was unexpectedly delicious.
