Ingredients: 18 cm cake mould

Cream cheese
1 box (200-250 g)
Heavy cream
1 carton (200 ml)
90 g (45 g + 45 g)
Egg yolks
☆ Instant coffee
3-4 tablespoons
☆Hot water
6-7 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder
As needed

1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and put it in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add half the sugar and mix, then add egg yolks one at a time, and mix everything together.
3. In a different bowl, combine heavy cream and the remaining half of the sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form and it's shiny.
4. Use the whisk to scoop a spoonful of the whipped cream to blend with the mixture made in Step 2. Then add the rest of the whipped cream and mix it all together.
5. Combine the ingredients marked ☆ and make the coffee mixture. *Adjust the bitterness to your taste.
6. Line a mould with half of the biscuits (it's OK to layer them). Spoon half of the coffee mixture on top and let it soak.
7. Add half the cream mixture from Step 4.
8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7.
9. Wrap the mould and let it sit in the fridge for an hour until it has settled. Sprinkle cocoa powder and it's done.
10. I don't sprinkle the cocoa powder on all at once. I put a slice on a plate and then sprinkle it on that.
