Just Mix for 3 Minutes Scrambled Eggs with Corn

Just mix to make this sweet corn scrambled egg dish. Use fresh corn in the summer for an even sweeter flavor.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Milk (or soy milk)
3 tablespoons
Corn kernels
Sliced cheese (melting or non-melting type)
2 slices
Salt and pepper
To taste
Vegetable oil

1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk and season with salt and pepper. Tear the cheese into small pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and corn and mix round and round...
3. When the eggs start to settle and you can see the bottom of the frying pan...
