Shirataki Noodle Salad with Sesame Oil

This salad is healthy since it uses low-calorie shitaraki noodles. The crispy texture of the carrot and bell peppers is delicious! The fragrance of the sesame oil makes you satisfied too.

Ingredients: 4 small side servings

Shirataki noodles
1 packet
Green bell peppers
* Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
* Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
* Ra-yu (to taste)
1 teaspoon
* Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
White toasted sesame seeds
to taste, optional
Soy sauce, salt, pepper
if needed


1. Finely julienne the bell peppers and the carrot, and blanch quickly in boiling water (so that they are still crispy).
2. Boil the shirataki noodles and cut them up.
3. Mix all the * ingredients together, add the vegetables and shirataki and combine.
4. Taste, and add some soy sauce or salt and pepper if needed. Transfer to serving bowls and scatter with sesame seeds.
