Rice flour
100 g
Sugar
25 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Oil for deep frying

Steps

1. Place all the ingredients in a plastic bag and mix.
2. Form the dough into small balls using 2 spoons, and plop them into the oil heated to 170°C to deep fry. They are ready when golden brown.
