Tuna Tamagoyaki Omelette Sandwiches

Easy & cute: Delicious tuna tamagoyaki rolled omelette with ketchup! These bite-sized sandwiches are perfect for bento.

Ingredients: 8 pieces

Egg
1
Milk
1 tablespoon
Panko
2 tablespoons
Tuna (canned)
1/2 (40 g)
Green peas (canned)
1/2 (25 g)
Minced onions
25 g
Pizza cheese
1 tablespoon
Salt and coarsely ground pepper
as needed
Vegetable oil
as needed
Ketchup
to taste

Steps

1. Mix the egg and milk in a bowl, add panko, and soak.
2. In the same bowl, add the drained tuna, green peas, minced onions, and pizza cheese, and mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a tamagoyaki pan (18 x 13 cm), pour in Step 2, spread around the pan to make a square and cook.
4. Cut it into 16 square, sandwich 2 pieces with ketchup between, secure each with a toothpick, and they're done.
