Pork Roast and Green Onion Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fry! Great with Beer

You can eat so many bowls of rice with this!! The spicy flavor is perfect with beer!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork roast
150g
Scallions
1/2
Green spring onions (optional)
A small amount
Ginger
1/2 piece
Red hot pepper
1 stalk
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
A. Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sake
1/2 tablespoon
Garlic, grated
1/2 clove
B. Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Sake
1/2 tablespoon
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Water
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Cut the pork in half. Mix A together, and rub into the pork for about 10 minutes.
2. Mix B together.
3. Chop the scallions into chunks, slice the red chili pepper, and finely chop the ginger.
4. Coat the pork meat from Step 1 in katakuriko, drop each into 355°F/180°C oil one at a time, and fry until crisp.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan, and sauté step 3. Add Step 4 once it's aromatic, and sauté some more.
6. Add Step 5 to Step 2, and lightly mix it together. Arrange on plates, scatter sliced green spring onions on top, and it is done.
