Natto and Grated Daikon Radish Pasta

This is very easy, so I make it for lunch when I'm alone all the time. If you mix it with a raw egg yolk it's creamy, sticky and delicious!

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 serving
Daikon radish
3 to 4 cm
1 to 2 packs
Soy sauce
To taste
Raw egg yolk
Chopped green onion
To taste


1. Cook the pasta.
2. Grate the daikon radish, and mix in the natto and the sauce that comes with it. Taste, and add soy sauce.
3. Put the natto and grated radish on top of the pasta. Add the raw egg yolk and chopped green onion, and it's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

I tried natto with grated daikon radish over rice and it was very good. So I thought, if it goes well with rice, it should go well with pasta.
