3 Ingredients! Rich Mousse-Like Chocolate Truffles

Make this in 15 minutes using just one bowl! A simple, delicious, and lovely dessert.

Ingredients: 5 ramekins (7cm)

Heavy cream
200 ml
100 g
1 teaspoon


1. Add chocolate, 50 ml of heavy cream, and gelatin (dissolved in 3 teaspoons of water) to a double broiler and melt.
2. Remove from heat, add the remaining cream and whip to peaks over a bowl of ice water.
3. When it's creamy, chill until set in serving dishes. It's very rich, so I recommend serving in small dishes. It's garnished with a walnut in the photo.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had heavy cream leftover from making "ChouBukiccho's" Rice Flour Chocolate Cake. It was delicious and I adapted it a bit. Before finalizing this recipe, I went through a series of trial and errors.
