For Your Bento Baked Kabocha with Cheese

This is an easy bento side dish. I love the sweetness of the kabocha squash with cheese.

Ingredients: One 5cm cup worth

Kabocha squash
1cm wide pieces
Mixed cheese
as needed
Panko
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the kabocha into 1cm pieces, wrap and microwave until soft. (1 minute at 500w)
2. Cut the softened kabocha into suitable sizes.
3. Put in an aluminum cup and top with cheese and panko.
4. Bake in the toaster for 4 minutes until the cheese has melted and the panko are golden.
