Refreshing Pork and Ginger Stir Fry♪

I added a little vinegar to my ginger stir fry. I added shiso leaves to the bed of cabbage too! (^^)

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Sliced pork loin (for ginger stir fry)
200g
◎ Salt, pepper, sake
a little of each
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
● Rice vinegar, sugar, mirin, sake
1 tablespoon of each
●Grated ginger
as needed
△Shredded cabbage, shiso
as needed

Steps

1. Halve the pork slices into bite sized pieces and season with the ingredients marked ◎.
2. Shred the cabbage with a mandolin. Shred the shiso and toss with the cabbage.
3. Combine the ingredients marked ●.
4. Coat the pork in flour.
5. Fry in oil in a pan. Wipe excess oil with a paper towel.
6. When it's browned, add the ● sauce. Don't let the juice boil down. Just mix so it coats the pork, then transfer to a serving plate on top of the cabbage.
7. Here it is with onion.
