So Delicious! My Salad Sushi Rolls

Once you make these salad rolls they'll be gone in a blink of an eye! They're easy and delicious -- great for bento boxes or as is as one big roll!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Plain cooked rice
225 g (270 ml) to 300 g (360 ml)
● Vinegar
4 tablespoons
● Sugar
3 tablespoons
● Salt
1 teaspoon
▲ Sugar
1 tablespoon
▲ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Canned tuna
1 can
■ Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
■ Salt & pepper
a small amount
Imitation crab meat
9 sticks
Nori seaweed
3 slices


1. Cook the rice . Mix the ● ingredients and use them to make sushi rice. Next, mix the the ▲ ingredients with the eggs and fry in a pan.
2. Remove any oil or liquid from the canned tuna then mix with the ■ mayonnaise and the salt and pepper. Cut the cucumber.
3. Lay out the nori and spread the sushi rice over it. Then lay the cooked egg, cucumber and tuna on one side of the rice, roll, and it's done.
