Sesame Mayonnaise Salad with Green Beans and Carrots

It's quick and easy. The colorful salad with sesame mayonnaise is a perfect side dish for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Green beans
about 10
Carrot
1/2
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Ground white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Mentsuyu
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Remove the strings from the beans and cut the long ones in half. Cut the carrots into sticks. The width should be about half the width of the beans.
2. Boil the carrots and beans until soft and drain. When cool, pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place the vegetables into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, mentsuyu and toss to combine.
