Thai Curry-Seasoned Chicken Barbecue

Barbecuing season is here! These chicken drumsticks are seasoned with everyone's favorite curry flavor. It's a sweet and spicy marinade that's inspired by Southeast Asian cuisines.

Ingredients: 5-6 servings

Chicken drumsticks (or thigh meat)
Brown sugar
2 tablespoons
Curry powder
1-2 tablespoons (adjust the spiciness to taste)
Fish sauce
2 tablespoons
Chopped cilantro
as desired
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Lightly sprinkle the chicken with some salt and pepper.
2. Add the sugar, curry powder, fish sauce, and cilantro to a bag and mix together.
3. Take your chicken from Step 1 and marinate in the mixture from Step 2. Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Thoroughly cook through over low heat on a barbecue grill.
