Great for kids! Simply Stewed Tofu with Tuna and Corn

This recipe has tuna and corn popular with children, and it can really work up their appetite!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Firm tofu
1 block
Onion
1/2 medium
Ginger
1 thumbtip's worth
Light brown sugar
3 tablespoons
Sake
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Frozen corn
3 tablespoons
Canned tuna (oil packed)
1 small can

Steps

1. Slice the onions into wedges.
2. Cut the tofu in large bite-size pieces.
3. Put the canned tuna along with the oil in a preheated frying pan.
4. Add the onions, and sauté until soft.
5. Once they are soft, add the tofu, sake and sugar.
6. When the tofu starts to release its moistuer, add the soy sauce, corn, and ginger.
7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, and you're finished!
8. For those who like corn, you can add more to taste.
