Japanese-style Chicken Tenders

I made fluffy and soft Japanese style chicken tenders using chicken tenderloins The fresh, slightly sweet and light ginger flavor mildly seasons the chicken.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken tenderloins
6 pieces
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
☆Grated ginger
1 piece
☆Hon-Dashi dashi stock powder
1/2 teaspoon
as needed


1. Remove the sinews from the chicken and lightly pound with back of a knife. Slice diagonally into bite sized strips.
2. Mix ☆ ingredients and combine Step 1. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. In a plastic bag, put the katakuriko and drained chicken. Close the bag and shake Evenly coat the chicken with katakuriko.
4. Deep fry in medium to high heat until crisp Chicken fillet is thin and cooks very fast so be careful not to over fry them.
