Waffles With One Egg

These waffles are simple and use only 1 egg, so they can be made very easily.

Ingredients: makes about 4

Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
5 g
30 g
20 g
100 ml


1. Melt the butter by heating over a double boiler or in the microwave. Beat the egg and set aside.
2. Add the cake flour, baking powder, and sugar to a bowl and mix in a circular motion.
3. Add the egg and milk a little at a time and mix well. Once it's smooth, add the butter.
4. Add one ladle's worth of the batter (about 80 ml) to your waffle maker and cook.
