Tofu and Cheese Savory Pancakes with Bean Sprouts and Tuna

This is a dish you can make easily with just one frying pan! It has tofu in it, so you can eat a lot without guilt!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Bean sprouts
200-250 g (one bag)
Silken tofu (no need to drain)
200 g
Eggs
2
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
Salt and pepper
a pinch of each
Melting type cheese
50 g
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Bonito flakes
to taste
Thin green onion
to taste

Steps

1. Put the tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk. When it has reached the consistency of cream, add the eggs and mix well together.
2. Add the washed and drained bean sprouts, salt, pepper, drained canned tuna and cheese into Step 1, and mix well. You can mix with your hands!
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and pour in the batter from Step 2. Steam-fry covered with a lid until the moisture from the tofu has evaporated and it has browned on the bottom.
4. Flip the pancake over using the lid. Put the lid back on and steam-cook until the other side has browned, then plate. Scatter with some bonito flakes and chopped green onion, and it's done.
