Story Behind this Recipe
My kids had quite the appetite when they were in school, so I remade the pizza that I made for their breakfast and as a snack.
Top it with red chili pepper or Tabasco sauce when you don't have sweet chili sauce.
Increase the amount of water as needed from 50 ml. When it's sticky, it will become a little easier to handle if you add a small amount of flour. The rest time is when you roll up the dough and let it sit while preparing the sauce. It easily burns on the grill, so please cook it while keeping an eye on it. If baking in the oven, do so at 200°C for 15~20 minutes.
