Easy and Healthy: Crispy Baked Shrimp with Mayonnaise

These shrimp are baked easily in a toaster oven.
They're great in bentos or as a drinking appetizer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shrimp
10
Katakuriko
As needed
Panko
As needed
The sauce:
Mayonnaise
30 ml
Ketchup
20 ml
Basil
To taste
Black Pepper
To taste

Steps

1. De-vein the shrimp. Dust with katakuriko, massage lightly, then wash off in water. Pat dry the shrimp with paper towels, then dust again with katakuriko.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, basil and pepper together. Add the shrimps into the mixture and coat them well.
3. Lay down the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cover them all with panko. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes, and they're done.
