Crispy Chikuwa

Melted cheese on chikuwa and crispy pankogo well together.
They are very delicious.

Ingredients: 1 chikuwa

Chikuwa

Cheese (any kind)
as needed
Panko
as needed
Fresh parsley
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the chikuwa into 4.
2. Lay the cheese in the hollows of the chikuwa. (You can use any kind of chikuwa.)
3. Sprinkle with panko and parsley.
4. Lay on parchment paper, and bake for about 3-5 minutes in a toaster oven, then it's done.
