This is a soup-like spicy Indian curry for vegetarians. It can be prepared in 30 minutes.
I wanted to eat a vegetarian Indian curry so I made it myself.
If you don't have garam masala, curry powder is fine. Since everyone in my family likes spice, we use 6 teaspoons. The amounts of garlic and ginger are also quite substantial, so adjust to taste.
