Asparagus Saute with Lots of Grated Cheese

Asparagus Saute with Lots of Grated Cheese

Too easy! A saute with lots of butter and cheese. Go easy on the pepper and kids can enjoy it too. Try it with other ingredients as well!

Ingredients

Asparagus
2 bunches (200 g)
Butter
20 g
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Grated cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons
Topping
Black pepper
to taste
Grated cheese
to taste

Steps

1. Wash the asparagus and peel the bottom 1/3 of the stems. Cut it into easy to eat pieces. If the stems are thin and soft, you don't need to peel. Just cut in half.
2. Melt butter in a pan, throw in the asparagus and fry on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, and once it's cooked through, add soy sauce and toss to coat.
3. Finally, add grated cheese, stop the heat and allow everything to blend over residual heat. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle black pepper and grated cheese to finish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I received a lot of asparagus.
