Soft & Delicious Karaage Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenders are really soft, so they're good for frying!
This recipe is really simple and easy to make.
It's good to pack in bento, too.

Ingredients: Serves 2-3

Chicken tenders
4 pieces
2 tablespoons or more
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons or more
Plain flour
2 tablespoons or more


1. Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put all ingredients except for the flour into a plastic bag. Massage the bag well to rub in the seasoning (If you have time, let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes).
3. Add the flour to the bag from Step 2. Mix to coat the entire chicken tender pieces evenly with flour.
4. Deep-fry in vegetable oil and it's done!
