Spicy Doubanjiang Mayo Fried Rice

I combined my favorite mayonnaise with doubanjiang spice and made a crumbly fried rice!

Ingredients: 1 large portion

Hot cooked white rice
about 200 g
★Green pepper
about 2 cm
★Wiener sausages
1 1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Soy sauce
a small amount
White sesame seeds
to taste


1. Preparations: Mix the rice with beaten egg in a bowl. Finely chop the ★ ingredients. (I roughly chop the vegetables).
2. Cook the wiener sausage and carrot in a pot (oil will render from the sausage, so you don't need to add oil). Add the onion and green pepper and continue to cook.
3. Add the ☆ ingredients. Once the doubanjiang is fragrant, add the rice mixed with beaten egg and cook over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Right before you're finished, drizzle soy sauce over the top and mix it in to finish. Scatter some white sesame seeds on top!
