Light Teriyaki Hamburger Steak

All you have to do is mix. The flavor is mild and sweet like mitarashi dango (rice dumplings with sweetened soy sauce).

Ingredients: 2 hamburgers' worth

Water
4 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 heaping teaspoon
Katakuriko
1 scant teaspoon
※ Hamburgers

Steps

1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
2. When the hamburgers are grilled, blot off excess oil, coat them in the sauce from Step 1, quickly transfer to a frying pan, and agitate the pan while cooking.
3. When the sauce thickens, it's done.
4. Sandwich between buns for teriyaki burgers.
