Story Behind this Recipe
I played around with a burger recipe to suit the tastes of my teriyaki-loving family.
The dissolved katakuriko will sink to the bottom of the sauce, so mix the sauce up once more before adding the burgers to the frying pan. This sauce goes well with chicken burgers or any burgers that don't have too much nutmeg.
