Easy and Delicious Teriyaki Chicken

It's really easy to prepare as you only need a microwave.
It's also healthy because all the fat is rendered.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh
1 large piece
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons


1. Using a fork, make holes into the skin of the chicken, and soak it in the seasoning sauce for about 1 hour. Use a plastic bag so that the seasoning sauce coats evenly.
2. Put about 4 disposable chop sticks on a plate, and put the chicken on top. Place the skin side down.
3. Microwave it for about 10 minutes. In the picture, I microwaved at 500 W for 6 minutes. You can tell that the chicken is cooked trough when the juices run clear.
4. The skin is browned and shiny and the excess oil should render out.
