Pork and Asparagus Tossed in Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce

Just mix boiled pork and asparagus with egg yolk and soy sauce. An uncomplicated, well-balanced dish.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Pork (thin-sliced or bits)
150g
Asparagus
5-6 stalks
Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce Dressing
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Egg yolk (farmer-fresh, for eating raw)

Honey
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix the ingredients for the egg yolk and soy sauce dressing.
2. Trim the asparagus and slice diagonally into 3-4 cm lengths.
3. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
4. Bring water to a boil and add the asparagus. Cook for 3 minutes before draining. Next, boil the meat.
5. After the meat changes color, drain, and submerge in ice water.
6. Drain the meat throughly and mix with the asparagus and dressing from step 1.
7. Arrange on a plate.
