Place the cream cheese into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat up in the microwave for about 50 seconds (at 500W) to soften it.
Mix the cream cheese with an egg beater.
Add sugar to the bowl and mix until smooth.
Additionally, add in the yogurt and lemon juice, and mix together.
Add pancake mix, and stir with a rubber spatula until the flour disappears.
Pour the pudding into the paper molds (or aluminum cases), and fill 70% full with the batter.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30~35 minutes until the surface has turned a light golden brown, and then it's done.
