Natto Soba Noodles

A perfect dish for the hot summer. Perk your appetite with these noodles and enjoy the summer!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Soba noodles with grated yam
320 g
4 packs (160 g)
★Yellow pickled daikon (takuan)
20 g
★Young green scallion (thin round slices)
4 leaves
1/2 large
Grated daikon radish
150 g


1. Cut the tomato into the suitable sizes. Cut half of the cucumber into thin round slices, and the remaining into 5 mm cubes. Cut the yellow pickled daikon to the same size.
2. Cook the soba noodles following the package instructions. Wash the noodles to drain the starchiness.
3. Mix the ★ ingredients. (add the cubed cucumbers).
4. Tear the lettuce by hand into bite sizes and scatter on a serving plate.
5. Serve the noodles, then add the natto, chopped tomato, grated daikon and sliced cucumber.
6. Eat the soba noodles with mentsuyu or whatever you like. It is also delicious topped with grated yamaimo instead of grated daikon, and somen noodles instead of soba.
