Oregano-Flavored Orange Salad

Oregano-Flavored Orange Salad

The combination of oranges, oregano and balsamic vinegar is delicious in this salad. You can make great use of the broccoli stems that everyone tends to throw away.

1 pack
Broccoli stems
from 1 bunch
Dried oregano
to taste
★ Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
★ Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon
★ Salt
1/2 teaspoon
★ Pepper
a small amount

1. Take the orange segments out of their sacs, and cut each into half.
2. Slice the broccoli stem thinly, and microwave for about 1 and a half minutes. Leave to cool.
3. Mix the ★ ingredients together to make the dressing.
4. Put the baby salad greens, orange segments, and broccoli on a serving plate, pour the dressing over, sprinkle on some oregano and it's done.
