Grilled Asparagus in Garlic, Oyster Sauce, and Mayonnaise

Asparagus is deliciously soft and sweet when grilled. Enjoy with garlic, oyster sauce and mayonnaise.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Asparagus
1-2 bunches
♣ Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
♣ Oyster sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons
♣ Grated garlic
As you like (As a guide: 1/2 a clove)

Steps

1. Remove the hard stems from the asparagus and peel the skin off the bottom 1/3 of the stems.
2. Grill on a rack, turning occasionally until it it is soft and browned.
3. Mix all the ingredients marked ♣ to make the sauce. Transfer the asparagus to a serving plate, pour on the sauce and enjoy.
