This is a simple dish. You just stack up the cabbage, bean sprouts, and pork, and steam cook. Enjoy this with a refreshing and spicy sauce.
I made this because I wanted to eat pork and vegetables in a healthy manner . I added gochujang to miso-pon so that if could eat this with plenty of spicy sauce.
Steam cook this over a low~medium heat. Add a bit of water if it looks like it is going to burn while steaming.Topping with just miso-pon sauce for children is also good.
