Bean Sprouts Only Bean Sprouts with Garlic Ginger Ponzu Sauce

Make a warming dish using cheap bean sprouts and maybe burn a little body fat while you're at it!?
It's so delicious that we eat this right up.

Ingredients

Bean sprouts
1 bag
● Ponzu
about 4 tablespoons (to taste)
● Garlic
1 clove
● Ginger
about 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons
Olive oil
a small amount

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
2. When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the ● grated garlic and ginger, plus the ponzu sauce. Done!
3. Variation: Add any of the following: watercress, chikuwa, carrot, Chinese chives, bell pepper, wiener sausages.
