Super Easy! "Edamame & Shio-Konbu Cheesy Rice Balls"

Just combine the ingredients and mix into the rice to make these delicious rice balls. They're also great for bentos, outings, or parties.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Edamame
30-40 g
Cheese (block)
30 g
Shio-kombu
to taste
White sesame seeds
2 teaspoons
Hot cooked white rice
2 bowls

Steps

1. Boil the edamame. Chop the cheese into small cubes.
2. Combine all of the ingredients and mix with the freshly cooked rice.
3. Cover in plastic wrap and shape into balls to finish.
