Matcha Cake with Okara (Soy Pulp) and Soy Milk

Let the food processor do the work! A cake with okara (soy pulp) and soy milk, with matcha (fine green tea powder) lending a slightly bitter taste. It's moist, without any crumbly dryness.

Ingredients: 1 pound cake

Soy milk (2)
150 g
Sugar
70 g
Corn starch
15 g
Eggs

Matcha
2 tablespoons
Baking powder
2 teaspoons
Recipe for dry okara
Okara (1)
150 g
Soy milk (2)
200 g

Steps

1. Thoroughly blend together all the ingredients except for eggs in a food processor.
2. Add the eggs,
3. and process until smooth and evenly combined.
4. Pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper, and bake for 40 minutes at 180℃.
5. Cool in the pan, and when completely cooled, remove from the pan and slice.
