Bean Sprouts with Shiso Leaves and Ponzu Sauce

Low cost, low calorie, and healthy too! A quick and easy dish! Leave it to chill in the refrigerator for a while to let the flavors blend together. It goes so well with hot rice!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1 bag
Ham
3 slices
Shiso leaves
10 leaves
Ponzu
1 1/2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Put the bean sprouts in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Drain in a colander or sieve.
2. Add ponzu sauce to the piping hot bean sprouts and mix.
3. Julienne the ham and shiso leaves. When the bean sprouts have cooled down, add ham and shiso leaves, mix well and it's done!
