You can eat as much beef rice bowl as you want with extra sauce or extra beef at home.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chopped Beef
about 250 g
Japanese leek
1-2 stalks
Seasoning ingredients:
3 tablespoons
6 tablespoons
Soy sauce
6 tablespoons

1. Slice the onion thinly. Slice the Japanese leek diagonally into 5 mm thick pieces. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
2. Before turning on the heat, add the sliced onion, Japanese leek, sugar, sake, and soy sauce into a pan and cover it. Turn on the heat and simmer the ingredients over high heat.
3. When it comes to a rapid boil, and the onions are golden, add the beef and mix (leave the heat on high).
4. Once the color of the beef changes completely, turn off the heat.
5. Scoop some rice into a bowl, serve the beef mixture on top and it is done. Sprinkle some red pickled ginger if desired.
