Just pour this soy sauce-based sauce on top of basic white dango (Recipe ID: 779460) Homemade dango are so delicious and you can choose your own flavours!

Ingredients: makes 4 skewers

White dango

Soy sauce-based sauce
★ Sugar
60 g
★ Katakuriko
1 rounded tablespoon
★ Soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons
★ Mirin
1/2 tablespoon
★ Water
110 ml

Steps

1. Make the white dango (same amount of ingredients as Recipe ID: 779460, and roll into 16 pieces). Skewer the steamed dango onto skewers, with 4 pieces on each skewer.
2. Put the ★ ingredients into a saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon until the sauce becomes transparent. Pour a generous amount of sauce on top of the dango.
