Vegan Brownies

Vegan Brownies

Moist and tasty brownies.

Ingredients: 1 tray (18 cm)

●Bread flour
200 g
●Unsweetened cocoa powder
30 g
●Baking powder
10 g
★Soy milk
120 g
★Canola oil
70 g
★Beet sugar
80 g
40 g
a dash
★Vanilla beans
a dash
Coconut flakes
30 g


1. Preheat the oven to 170°C, and grease the tin with oil (not listed).
2. Put the ingredients marked ● in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. (This is so you don't have to sift).
3. Put the ingredients marked ★ in another bowl, and mix well with a whisk.
4. Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the second, and fold in (don't knead it).
5. Add the coconut flakes to the bowl and mix.
6. Pour the batter into the greased tin, and rap it against the counter a few times to even out the surface.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C (when an inserted toothpick/skewer comes out clean, they're done.)
