Reduced Calories Tofu Cheesecake

This is a delicious Yakuzen medicinal cuisine! A simple recipe to make a low-calorie cheesecake. The combination of yogurt, tofu, and honey is so enriching that it will definitely improve your wrinkles or constipation problems.

Ingredients: 18cm cake pan

Cream cheese
150 g
Plain yogurt
100 ml
Silken tofu
200 g
4 tablespoons
White flour
4 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons


1. Wrap tofu in paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes. Place a weight on top to drain.
2. Place the tofu (from step 1) and plain yogurt on a colander or sieve lined with a paper towel. Set aside for 30 minutes to an hour for further draining.
3. Combine the mixture from step 2, cream cheese (brought to room temperature), honey, flour, eggs, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend thoroughly.
4. Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 170°C (338°F) preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
5. When done, remove from the pan.
6. Serve as it is, or chill in the fridge first. Top with cream or fruits if you like.
