Milky Ice Cream with Yogurt and Jam

This easy ice cream is all about mixing and freezing. A calcium-rich dessert to skim milk! Enjoy lots of flavors by changing the jam.

Ingredients: 10 small silicon cups worth

Plain yogurt
1 cup (200 ml)
Prefererd jam (I used blueberry jam)
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons
Skim milk
2 tablespoons


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spoon into mini silicon cups.
3. If you like, put them in shallow freezer-safe containers with a lid.
4. Freeze and serve.

Story Behind this Recipe

Since it was getting hot, my children were starting to crave ice cream. That's why I put together this recipe. I wanted to make an easy ice cream that was safe for my kids to eat. You won't end up giving them too much since they're in small portions. Also perfect to serve for desserts.
