Story Behind this Recipe
Stir-frying lettuce removes most of the water-content, so you can get a good dose of greens in this simply-seasoned dish.
Don't cook for too long after adding the lettuce, otherwise it will lose its nice, crunchy texture (I say this, but I didn't follow my own advice when I left it in the pan to take pictures and it got too soft).
