Sliced Beef and Lettuce Stir-Fry

An easy beef and lettuce stir-fry with simple seasonings.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced beef
200-250 g
Iceberg lettuce
1/2 head
※Sugar, sesame oil
1 tablespoon each
※Soy sauce
2 generous tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon


1. Wash and chop lettuce. Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Combine ※ marked ingredients.
2. Heat vegetable oil (not listed in ingredients) in pan and brown beef. Then add the combined ※ marked ingredients to pan.
3. Add lettuce, toss to combine, and it's ready to serve.
