Simple Chinese Chive Chijimi

This is easily made with a measuring cup. The sweet dipping sauce goes well with the chijimi!! This is a recipe I'm proud of!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese chives
1 bunch (100 g)
1/2 medium
White flour
120 ml
30 ml
Chicken soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
100 ml
◎ Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
◎ Vinegar
1 tablespoon
◎ Sugar
1 tablespoon
◎ Shichimi spice
1/2 teaspoon
◎White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon


1. Cut the chives into 3 cm, thinly slice the onions, and mix all ingredients except those marked with a ◎.
2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (not listed), pour in half the amount of Step 1, and flatten evenly.
3. Cover with a lid and steam-cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
4. Flip, uncover, and cook for 2 more minutes. It's done.
5. Make the sauce. Prepare a small plate, mix the ◎ ingredients well, and it's done
