Cooked white rice
1 rice bowl worth
Tempura crumbs
1 tablespoon
Japanese leek
2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Soy sauce

Steps

1. In a bowl, add the tempura crumbs and sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix lightly.
2. Mix evenly with the rice, do your best not to leave any clumps. Add the leeks and sesame seeds and mix again, taste as you go. Add salt if necessary.

4. How to preserve tempura crumbs: When I make tempura crumbs at home, I line a plastic container with paper towels and spread the crumbs on top. The crumbs should keep for a week.
