Japanese-style Sesame Dressing (for myself)

Japanese-style Sesame Dressing (for myself)

Is this Chinese? Or Japanese? Doesn't matter! Let's make our own salad dressing.

Ingredients: 100 ml to be used up in 1 or 2 times

Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Sesame oil
3 tablespoons
Cider vinegar or any grain vinegar
3 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons

1. Put all of the ingredients in a jar for the dressing and shake to mix throughly. That's all. It keeps up to 1 week.
2. Thinly cut daikon radish into match sticks. Add sliced onions. Wakame seaweed. Pour the dressing over the salad.
3. Daikon radish & carrot with crispy boiled and chirimen jako salad. Recipe ID: 808845 The combination is great.
4. I found this salad dressing container at a 100 yen shop. Perfect for storing liquids! Cheap and convenient! Just put all the ingredients to shake it up.

Story Behind this Recipe
