Diet-Friendly Okara & Yogurt Scones

Just 3 ingredients! This recipe is easy to make and is perfect for dieting!
Since it uses yogurt instead of butter, it's also low-calorie.

Ingredients: 6 scones

Okara
100 g
Pancake mix
100 g
Plain yogurt
100 g

Steps

1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and quickly mix them together.
2. Divide the resulting dough into 6 portions and form each portion into a ball.
3. Then bake them in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 20 minutes.
4. Serve these scones with your choice of jam. I used raspberry jam this time.
