You don't need an open flame.You can make grilled turban snails with just an electric burner.
This is great with just a squirt of soy sauce and nothing else, but it's also nice to have it with soy sauce and broth too.
Feel free to refer to the sashimi edition on how to remove the snails from their shells. The broth is good to use for about 7 to 8 turban snails. Reduce the amount when making less.
